These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Santoria website, content, products, books, Sessions, professional Services, experiences, forms, and related offerings.
Throughout these Terms, “Santoria,” “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to Santoria and the person or legal entity operating the business. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the website, making a purchase, submitting an inquiry, booking a Session, attending an experience, or engaging Santoria for Services.
By accessing the website, placing an order, purchasing a book, booking a Session, submitting payment, registering for an experience, leaving an offering, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced within them.
Do not use the website or complete a transaction if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase from Santoria, book a Session, engage professional Services, or leave an offering.
By using the website, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
You will use the website and its offerings only for lawful purposes.
Your use does not violate any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right.
Santoria may decline, cancel, or restrict an order, booking, inquiry, registration, or engagement when reasonably necessary to protect the business, its work, its customers, or other parties.
2. Website Purpose
The Santoria website provides information about and access to:
Private intuitive and analytical Sessions
Creative direction and consulting
Business and brand consulting
Design and project Services
Experience curation, hosting, and facilitation
Physical products
Books and published works
Journal entries and public educational content
Support the Work offerings
Other services, resources, collaborations, or experiences that may be introduced
The availability of an offering on the website does not guarantee continued availability, acceptance, scheduling capacity, inventory, or suitability for every person or project.
Santoria may modify, pause, replace, or discontinue any website feature, product, Session, Service, book, or experience at any time.
3. Sessions
Santoria may offer private intuitive and analytical Sessions to help clients explore a situation, relationship, decision, transition, recurring pattern, environment, feeling, or internal shift.
Sessions may involve conversation, observation, intuition, discernment, pattern recognition, reflection, spiritual-practice recommendations, or optional tools such as oracle cards.
Nature of Sessions
Sessions are intended to provide personal insight, perspective, reflection, and general guidance. They are not:
Medical or mental-health treatment
Therapy, counseling, or psychiatric care
Legal advice
Financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice
Emergency or crisis support
Investigation, surveillance, or verification of another person
A guaranteed prediction of future events
A guarantee of a particular personal, spiritual, romantic, professional, or financial outcome
You remain responsible for your decisions, conduct, boundaries, safety, professional care, and practical action.
Booking and payment
A Session is not reserved until the required payment has been successfully completed and you receive confirmation.
You are responsible for:
Selecting the correct date, time, and time zone
Providing accurate contact information
Attending from a private and appropriate environment
Having a working device and reliable internet connection for virtual Sessions
Reviewing applicable preparation, cancellation, and rescheduling instructions
Session refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, lateness, and no-shows are governed by the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
Session boundaries
Purchasing a Session does not include unlimited messaging, crisis contact, continuous updates, additional readings, or ongoing access outside the defined Session and any written follow-up expressly included in the booking description.
Santoria may end or decline a Session if a participant behaves abusively, threatens harm, records without permission, repeatedly violates boundaries, or attempts to use the Session for an unlawful or inappropriate purpose.
4. Creative Direction, Consulting and Professional Services
Santoria may provide:
Business and brand consulting
Creative direction
Design Services
Project consulting and direction
Decision support
Concept development
Messaging and positioning
Experience curation
Hosting, moderation, or facilitation
Strategic and cultural analysis
Other custom professional work
Submitting an inquiry does not create a professional-client relationship, reserve availability, or obligate Santoria to accept the work.
A professional engagement begins only after the required proposal, scope of work, agreement, invoice, deposit, or other acceptance requirements have been completed.
Separate client agreements
Professional Services may be governed by a separate written agreement addressing:
Scope and deliverables
Responsibilities
Timeline and milestones
Meetings and communication
Revisions
Approvals
Payment terms
Deposits or retainers
Intellectual-property ownership
Portfolio or publicity rights
Confidentiality

If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.
No free consulting through inquiries
Inquiry forms and preliminary communications are used to determine fit, scope, timing, and next steps. They do not include free custom analysis, strategic recommendations, concepts, designs, plans, creative direction, or project solutions.
Client decisions and implementation
Recommendations and creative direction are based on the information available at the time of the engagement. You remain responsible for:
Final business and personal decisions
Legal and regulatory compliance
Professional advice from attorneys, accountants, insurers, or other specialists
Implementation
Hiring and supervising vendors
Reviewing and approving deliverables
Confirming factual accuracy
Obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, and releases
Results produced by your decisions or implementation
Santoria does not guarantee revenue, audience growth, publicity, sales, funding, approvals, event attendance, business success, or any other specific result.
5. Design, Production and Collaborators
Depending on the engagement, Santoria may:
Perform selected design work directly
Work with independent designers, photographers, writers, filmmakers, stylists, developers, fabricators, producers, or other specialists
Recommend third-party providers
Direct the client’s existing team
Outsource defined portions of an approved project
Provide creative direction without providing production or implementation
The applicable agreement will identify the responsibilities included in the engagement.
Unless specifically included in writing, creative direction does not automatically include graphic design, web development, photography, videography, copywriting, printing, styling, manufacturing, social-media management, event production, or daily project management.
Third-party providers may have their own contracts, deposits, cancellation policies, intellectual-property terms, and limitations. Santoria is not responsible for the independent conduct or performance of a provider who is contracted directly by the client.
6. Experience Curation, Hosting and Events
Santoria may curate, design, host, moderate, facilitate, or contribute to workshops, conversations, salons, product experiences, private gatherings, launches, retreats, cultural programs, screenings, readings, and other experiences.
The specific description of an experience will determine what is included.
Experience curation or hosting does not automatically include complete event planning or production. Venue, staffing, catering, décor, travel, equipment, security, accessibility, permits, technical production, insurance, and other operational requirements may be separately scoped, provided by the client, or contracted through outside professionals.
Participant conduct
Participants must behave respectfully and comply with reasonable venue, safety, privacy, recording, and participation rules.
Santoria may remove or refuse admission to a person whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, dangerous, discriminatory, unlawful, or inconsistent with the purpose or safety of the experience.
Ticket and registration terms are governed by the applicable event description and Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
7. Physical Products
Physical products may include oils, waters, sprays, bath and body products, home and atmosphere products, sensory tools, bundles, and other items.
Product descriptions are provided for general informational purposes. Slight differences in appearance, scent, texture, color, or packaging may occur, particularly with botanical, handmade, or small-batch items.
Product use
You are responsible for:
Reading the complete product description
Reviewing ingredients and warnings
Following use and storage instructions
Performing a patch test when appropriate
Discontinuing use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs
Keeping products away from children and animals when instructed
Seeking qualified medical advice concerning allergies, pregnancy, medication, health conditions, or sensitivities
Santoria products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a disease or medical condition.
Descriptions of spiritual, sensory, atmospheric, beauty, cleansing, grounding, or intentional uses describe the purpose of the product within a personal practice. They are not promises that a product will force, guarantee, or control a romantic, financial, spiritual, personal, or professional outcome.
Orders
Santoria may limit quantities, refuse orders, correct listing errors, cancel suspected fraudulent transactions, or discontinue products.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the affected amount will be refunded according to the applicable policy.
Shipping, damaged orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and any shipping policy published on the website.
8. The Library and Digital Books
The Library contains books and other published works by Santoria.
Unless otherwise stated, digital books are sold as limited, personal-use licenses. Purchasing a digital book does not transfer the copyright or ownership of the intellectual property.
You may download and use a purchased digital book for your own lawful, personal, noncommercial use.
You may not:
Share the file with another person
Upload it to a public or private sharing platform
Reproduce or distribute copies
Resell or sublicense the file
Remove copyright or ownership notices
Use substantial portions to create a competing product
Use the work for commercial training, teaching, consulting, publication, or artificial-intelligence datasets without written permission
Present the material as your own work
Digital-purchase refunds and technical issues are governed by the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
9. Journal and Educational Content
Journal entries, social posts, newsletters, downloadable materials, public teachings, and other free content are provided for general informational, educational, philosophical, creative, or reflective purposes.
Public content does not create a professional-client relationship and should not be treated as personalized advice.
You are responsible for determining whether any idea, reflection, practice, or recommendation is appropriate for your circumstances.
Santoria may revise, archive, remove, or update public content at any time and is not obligated to keep all previously published material available.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Santoria.
Protected material may include:
The Santoria name and brand presentation
Website copy
Journal entries
Books
Guides and workbooks
Frameworks and assessments
Session and consulting methods
Course or workshop materials
Product names and descriptions
Formulas and collection concepts
Photography, video, audio, and movement work
Graphics and designs
Presentations and creative briefs
Logos, visual elements, and page layouts
Experience concepts and program formats
You may view the website and retain ordinary personal copies necessary to access a lawful purchase.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, scrape, sell, license, exploit, publicly display, or create derivative works from Santoria content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits limited use.
Nothing on the website grants you a license to use Santoria’s trademarks, trade dress, copyrighted work, proprietary methods, or other intellectual property for commercial purposes.
11. Client Materials and Submissions
When you submit text, images, documents, designs, business materials, creative references, or other content, you represent that:
You own the material or have permission to provide it.
Its use for the requested purpose will not violate another person’s rights.
The material is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
It does not contain unlawful or malicious content.
You grant Santoria a limited right to access, review, reproduce, and use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry, provide an engagement, complete the requested work, maintain records, or comply with legal obligations.
Ownership and licensing of final client deliverables will be addressed in the applicable written agreement.
Confidential information
Submitting an inquiry does not automatically create a confidential, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship.
Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, financial-account information, protected health information, highly sensitive personal records, or confidential third-party information through a general website form unless specifically requested through an approved method.
Confidentiality for professional engagements may be addressed in a separate agreement or nondisclosure agreement.
12. Payments, Charges and Taxes
All amounts displayed through the website are stated in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
You authorize Santoria and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable purchase or engagement.
You are responsible for:
Providing current and accurate billing information
Paying applicable charges and taxes
Resolving issues with your card issuer or financial institution
Reviewing the transaction before submitting payment
Santoria may correct pricing, product, description, or calculation errors. If an error affects a completed transaction, you will be informed and given an appropriate option consistent with applicable law.
Payment terms for custom Services are governed by the applicable invoice and signed agreement.
13. Support the Work
Support the Work allows visitors to make voluntary one-time or recurring offerings in support of Santoria’s public writing, research, teachings, resources, products, and broader body of work.
An offering:
Is not payment for a Session or Service
Does not create a professional-client relationship
Does not purchase a personal response
Does not provide priority access
Does not guarantee recognition, influence, or a particular outcome
Does not create ownership rights in Santoria or its intellectual property
Recurring offerings continue according to the frequency selected until canceled through the available account, payment-processor, or contact method.
Offerings are governed by the Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
14. Testimonials and Results
Testimonials, reviews, examples, and descriptions of past experiences reflect individual circumstances.
They do not guarantee that another customer or client will receive the same result.
Personal, creative, spiritual, and business outcomes vary based on many factors outside Santoria’s control, including decisions, implementation, timing, resources, market conditions, participation, and individual circumstances.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website or Santoria offerings to:
Violate a law or regulation
Commit fraud or impersonate another person
Submit false payment, identity, or project information
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or harm another person
Seek surveillance or investigation of a private individual
Encourage retaliation, obsession, coercion, or harmful conduct
Upload malware or interfere with website security
Scrape, crawl, index, or harvest content through unauthorized automated means
Circumvent access, payment, download, or security restrictions
Record a Session, meeting, workshop, or experience without permission
Reproduce paid content for public or commercial use
Use Santoria’s name or work to imply an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement
Santoria may restrict access, cancel an order or booking, end an engagement, remove a participant, or take appropriate legal action in response to prohibited conduct.
16. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The website may rely on or link to third-party platforms for hosting, scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, file delivery, shipping, social media, analytics, video meetings, or other functions.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Santoria does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or independent conduct of third-party platforms. Use of those services may require you to accept separate terms.
A link or reference does not necessarily represent endorsement.
17. Privacy
The collection and handling of personal information through the website are governed by the Santoria Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
18. Website Availability and Changes
Santoria does not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, platform changes, security concerns, circumstances beyond reasonable control, or business decisions.
Santoria may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms become effective when published with a new “Last updated” date unless another effective date is stated.
Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
19. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and general public content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Santoria does not guarantee:
Continuous website access
Error-free content
That every offering will remain available
That content will meet every user’s needs
A particular personal, spiritual, creative, business, financial, relationship, or professional result
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, duties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santoria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use of or inability to use the website
Reliance on general website content
Your decisions or implementation
Third-party platforms or providers
Unauthorized access outside Santoria’s reasonable control
Loss of data, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated benefit
Circumstances beyond Santoria’s reasonable control
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santoria’s total liability arising from a specific purchase, Session, registration, or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid to Santoria for the purchase, Session, registration, or transaction giving rise to the claim.
For a claim based only on free website access or free content, Santoria’s total liability will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from willful misconduct or other nonwaivable obligations.
21. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Santoria harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:
Your unlawful use of the website
Your violation of these Terms
Materials you submit without proper rights or permission
Your infringement of another party’s rights
Your fraud, misconduct, or unauthorized actions
Your implementation or misuse of information, deliverables, or products
This provision does not require you to indemnify Santoria for Santoria’s own willful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be transferred.
22. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Santoria will not be considered in breach for a delay or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, illness, public-health events, utility or internet outages, transportation disruptions, venue closures, labor disruptions, government actions, supplier failures, platform outages, emergencies, or similar events.
When reasonably possible, Santoria will communicate material delays and determine appropriate next steps under the applicable agreement or policy.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact Santoria at hello@santoria.org and provide a written description of the issue and requested resolution. Both parties agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the matter informally.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or the website must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate emergency or injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property misuse, fraud, security, harassment, or other circumstances requiring immediate action.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
25. No Waiver
A delay or failure by Santoria to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver is effective only when made in writing and applies only to the specific circumstance identified.
26. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or responsibilities under these Terms without prior written permission.
Santoria may assign these Terms as part of a business restructuring, transfer, merger, sale, or succession, subject to applicable law.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, product descriptions, booking terms, event terms, and any applicable signed agreement, represent the agreement governing your use of the website and relevant transaction.
A signed professional-services agreement controls if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms.
28. Electronic Communications
By contacting Santoria, submitting a form, placing an order, or completing a booking, you consent to receive transaction-related communications electronically.
These may include:

Receipts and invoices
Access instructions
Scheduling messages
Project communications
Policy notices
Responses to your inquiry
Marketing emails will be handled separately, and you may unsubscribe through the method provided in those messages.
