I am Santoria.
Analyst · Practitioner · Strategist
I study people, patterns, energy, environments, systems, culture, business, and creative expression. I recognize what is happening beneath the surface and translate what I perceive into clear language, useful direction, intentional practice, and original work.
How My Life Shaped My Work
I grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, in an environment that taught me to pay attention early. I learned to observe people closely, read the atmosphere of a room, recognize motives, notice contradictions, and understand that what is happening beneath the surface is often more important than what is being said aloud.
I became a mother very young, which required me to develop responsibility, independence, resourcefulness, and discernment long before I had language for those qualities. I learned how to make decisions under pressure, protect what mattered, adapt to changing circumstances, and continue building a life while still learning who I was.
My professional path strengthened those instincts. Through more than a decade of work across healthcare, claims, finance, client service, and business operations, I learned how systems function, how policies shape outcomes, how small details affect larger decisions, and how to separate relevant information from distraction. That experience sharpened my analytical thinking, precision, judgment, and ability to make sense of complicated situations.
Outside of my professional work, I have always been self-directed in what I study. My interests have moved through psychology, human behavior, philosophy, spirituality, culture, business, money, beauty, movement, nature, energy, and the ways people shape their identities and realities. I did not study these subjects as isolated interests. I studied them because I wanted to understand how life works—internally, socially, spiritually, creatively, and structurally.
My own experiences with motherhood, relationships, boundaries, self-trust, visibility, survival, reinvention, and personal growth also shaped how I see. They taught me that information alone is not always enough. People often need help identifying the pattern, understanding what it means, and determining what to do with what they now know. This is the result of those experiences coming together.
Today, I bring observation, intuition, research, strategy, spiritual practice, aesthetics, and lived experience into one body of work. Whether I am helping someone understand a personal situation, examining a business or brand, shaping a creative concept, writing an analysis, or developing a product, I am drawing from the same ability I have been strengthening throughout my life:
I see what is present, recognize the pattern, and translate it into direction.
